SANTA CRUZ, CA (September 26, 2012) -- Parks and Recreation is seeking class proposals for winter-spring session. Deadline for proposals is Wednesday, September 26, 2012. Winter-spring session starts the week of January 28, 2013 and runs through the week of May 24, 2013.
Subject areas include arts, dance, music, fitness, beach and outdoors. Children's classes in art, science, engineering and cooking are popular. Adult classes in photography, cooking and language are welcome. Activities for pre-schoolers ages 3-5 are particularly popular. After school programs for children and teens are also in demand.
Proposal forms and applications are available online or at the Parks and Recreation Office at 323 Church Street.
