scwd2 Task Force Community Informational Meeting on Recycled Water

Recycled Water has become a popular water resource that municipalities are using to supplement water supply shortfalls. Learn more about the opportunities and limitations of recycled water for the City of Santa Cruz and Soquel Creek Water District.

Also, learn about the integrated water plans for both agencies and why desalination was identified as the preferred alternative, instead of a large recycled water project, for supplementing our water supply to address drought and groundwater overdraft.
