Every third Wednesday of the Month, the Santa Cruz Teen Center, in collaboration with the Santa Cruz Police Department, distributes surplus bicycles* recovered by the Police Department. Recipients must be 18 years and younger and reside in Santa Cruz. The Teen Center is located at 301 Center Street in Santa Cruz at the Louden Nelson Community Center.
