The Cowell's Working Group (who works to improve Cowell Beach conditions including solutions to identify and reduce bacteria), welcomes the public to learn about Cowell’s issues and latest progress in this interactive informational meeting.

The Cowell’s Working Group is made up of Save the Waves Coalition, Coastal Watershed Council, Surfrider Foundation Santa Cruz, Sierra Club Santa Cruz Chapter, the City of Santa Cruz and County of Santa Cruz.
