The City of Santa Cruz Water Department has partnered with WaterSmart software to bring our customers the WaterSmart Customer Portal. This new tool provides detailed water use information for your home or business.

Who Should Use it?

• Single Family residential account holders

• Multi-family residential account holders

• Business account holders

      *Irrigation account holders should continue using WaterFluence*

Why Should You Use it?

Through the WaterSmart portal you can:

• Update your residential occupancy to be allotted the proper amount of water during a declared water shortage

• Track your water use

• Diagnose a high bill

• Set alerts for unusual usage

• Get personalized recommendations for water saving

• Receive important and/or emergency notifications from the Water Department
