Civic Auditorium Handrail Project

Scope of Work: Design and install new hand railing on existing staircases within the Civic Auditorium.
Current Phase: Solicitation of design with architectural firms.
Next Steps: Select architectural firm and proceed with design process (design duration is expected to take 3-4 months).
Future Project Phases: Formal Invitation For Bid (IFB) - Construction Vendors will present estimates based on the final design (IFB duration 2 months), Construction - Selected construction vendor will install the hand rails (Construction duration 3-4 months)
