The City of Santa Cruz now offers a Community Request for Service Portal (CRSP).  The user-friendly application allows the user to map the issue location, upload photos of the issue, and offers to send a notification upon resolution. 

Currently CRSP offers the following request categories:

1. Bike or Pedestrian Hazards
2. Code Violations (including concerns caused by sidewalk vending)
3. Encampments
4. Graffiti
5. Needles or Syringes
6. Potholes
7. Sewer Spills or Backups
8. Traffic Concerns
9. General Requests including anything that does not fit under the CRSP categories above or non-CRSP categories below:
   • Accessibility (ADA) Grievances
   • Crime Tip
   • File a Police Report
   • Illegal Dumping 
   • Refuse Cleanup
   • Streetlight Outage
   • Water Loss
   • Water-Refuse-Sewer Service
   • Change Cart Size
   • Non-account Holder Bulky Item Pickup
   • Website Issue
