This dryland surf clinic at Cowell Beach will introduce surfing fundamentals, etiquette, equipment design, ocean safety and proper stand-up techniques. All ages welcome. Meet at the blue Club Ed beach trailer on Cowell Beach on the right side of the Santa Cruz Wharf. This FREE event is part of July Is Parks Make Life Better Month brought to you by the Parks and Recreation Department.
