The City of Santa Cruz Downtown Library Council Subcommittee will host their first community meeting focused on the downtown library needs.
This is the first of a series of meetings on a number of topics that the Council Subcommittee will have related to the Downtown Library Project. This meeting’s focus is only on the Library.
The Downtown Library Council Subcommittee will hear a presentation from members of the Downtown Library Advisory Committee (DLAC) on the needs assessment completed as part of the DLAC process and well as the top priorities for the Downtown Branch as identified by the DLAC committee. Representatives from invited community stakeholder groups will be invited to help the subcommittee answer the question: “What are the needs that the Downtown Library should to serve”. Others from the community are welcome to attend the meeting and observe.
Meeting Details: June 19th, 2019 4pm-5:30pm in the Civic Auditorium Tony Hill Community Room.
