A public scoping meeting/open housing will be held on Wednesday, December 4, 2019 at 5:30p.m. at the Louden Nelson Center, Multi-purpose Room, at 301 Center Street in Santa Cruz. The public, including members of interested agencies and organizations, are invited to attend to provide comments on the scope and content of the environmental information to include in the Environmental Impact Report (EIR).
