The applicant, Housing Authority of the County of Santa Cruz, is pleased to invite you to a virtual community meeting for the opportunity to view the proposed design, ask questions, and provide feedback for the proposed project at 415 Natural Bridges Drive. The project would consist of constructing a 100% affordable, 3-story, 20 unit SRO building with common area facilities and parking for 12 cars on a vacant lot. Some parking spaces will be located on an adjacent lot owned by the Housing Authority, requiring a lot line adjustment. The proposed development will require a Planned Development Permit, Design Permit, Heritage Tree Removal permit, and Coastal Permit.
