The draft of the new design and development standards that will apply to new and redeveloped multi-family housing is ready for public review! Join Planning & Community Development's Advance Planning Division for a community meeting to provide an overview of the feedback we heard through our survey and focus groups over the summer and demonstrate how we have incorporated that feedback into the proposed standards. The community meeting will also be an opportunity for us to launch the website that will be used to gather feedback over the next month while the community absorbs these draft standards and identifies areas where further refinement or specificity should be added.
