This 51st annual event features marching bands from schools throughout California and is coordinated by the Santa Cruz Seaside Company. The event involves “no parking/tow away” zones and/or street closures in the Beach Flats neighborhood from 3rd Street, to Kaye Street, to Leibrandt Avenue, to 2nd Street, to Cliff Street, to Beach Street.
