Project Description
The proposed project consists of an 8-story Mixed-Use Building with 276 Residential Units, 7 Commercial Spaces, including a Restaurant and a Café, 185 parking stalls, and River Levee activated publicly accessible spaces. The project has been substantially revised since its previous community meeting held on May 19, 2020.
