International musician, producer, and ceremony guide East Forest (“Music For Mushrooms”, “Ram Dass”) will be performing an exclusive Ceremony-Concert, presented by Numinus, a mental health care company advancing innovative treatments and safe, evidence-based psychedelic-assisted therapies, in Santa Cruz, on Saturday, November 12th, at the Santa Cruz Civic Auditorium!
The East Forest Ceremony-Concert is a multi-level experience where concert meets ritual, merging live music and guided meditation – including songs from the East Forest collaborative album ‘RAM DASS’. Performed in the round, this unique event will allow participants to sit or lay down on blankets and yoga mats radiating outward from the center stage and experience a deep dive into the rich sonic landscapes of East Forest with strategically deployed audio being projected back into the room for a truly immersive experience.
As a leading figure at the intersection of music and the psychedelic therapy movement, the East Forest Ceremony-Concert takes a brain-body approach aimed towards a non-religious yet deeply spiritual journey—a methodology grounded as much in science as in ritual and ceremony. The music and gentle verbal guidance by East Forest will guide attendees on an inner journey toward the wellspring of wisdom within. Through stillness and tuning into one’s own self-knowing, participants will leave with feelings of tranquility, clarity and empowerment.

Please note that depending on your selected ticket type, that this event is BYOP – as in bring your own pillow/blanket, bolster, yoga mat, mediation cushion, etc. VIP ticket holders will be provided complimentary yoga mats provided by our partners over at Hugger Mugger Yoga, but all other attendees are either invited to bring their own (GA FLOOR tickets) or will have general chair seating provided for them (GA SEATED tickets). We encourage our guests to bring additional items to help facilitate a comfortable experience and generally recommend loose-fitting/comfortable clothing for everyone.
Doors for the event are at 6:00pm with programming beginning promptly at 7:00pm. The venue address is 307 Church St, Santa Cruz, CA 95060. There is absolutely no alcohol permitted at this event. Please bring a refillable water bottle with you.
