The project consists of the demolition of two existing buildings and the construction of an approximately 42,849 square foot, 5 story building with 3,403 square feet of ground floor commercial space and 59 SRO's above.
The project would include a request for density bonus waivers to exceed building height, setbacks, and FAR. The project also proposes to utilize AB2097 to reduce on-site parking. The two parcels are located in the CC (Community Commercial) zone district.
