The Housing Authority of the County of Santa Cruz, along with their nonprofit affiliate New Horizons Affordable Housing and Development, are excited to celebrate the grand opening of Natural Bridges Apartments.

Natural Bridges Apartments, located at 415 Natural Bridges Drive, will be a 100% affordable 20 unit studio apartment complex, near Natural Bridges State Beach and along the Rail Trail. All of the units will be affordable to households at or under 50% AMI.
