Application of the City of Santa Cruz to prohibit parking of oversized vehicles citywide on public streets, rights-of-way, and parking lots between midnight and 5am; provide alternative overnight parking areas and services for such displaced vehicles; and implement related measures within the City of Santa Cruz, Santa Cruz County.
