Coastal Trail Runs presents the San Lorenzo River Trail Run featuring a Kid's Run, 10K, 30K, 50K, Half Marathon and Marathon Saturday, July 15, 2023.  Courses begin in Harvey West Park and proceed through Pogonip, with some courses proceeding into Henry Cowell Redwood State Park.  Run through 300 foot tall, 1,500 year old Coastal Redwoods, lush stream canyons, open meadows, pine and oak forests and high dry chaparral-covered ridges!
