HOW TO ENTER

- Two part registration! All participants will need a WebTrac account

- Part 1:  Team registration – the team captain, or manager, will register the team using WebTrac (Activity # 219602), answer all questions, including creating a passcode for participant registration. The team passcode must be a unique code that will allow only team members to register as participants for their specific team, pay all fees, then our Rec Staff will modify a participant registration section to set the team’s name and passcode. When registering a team you will need to know who is on your team to select gender identification (used to organize race heats) and shirt size for all racers (we need to get shirt sizes in ahead of the event).

- Part 2: The team captain, or manager, will then distribute the passcode to their participants, who be able to register online once the team has been updated in our RecTrac system. The participants will need their own WebTrac account and register using Activity #219603 and their corresponding team section. When they start the online registration process, the player will be prompted to enter their team passcode to continue. The Aloha Outrigger waiver is linked to the participant registration process.

An email confirming your entry will be sent to your Captain. Each team will receive one parking pass per team handed out the day of the event. We recommend carpooling as parking on the Wharf is limited.
