Please join us on Thursday, August 15th 5:30pm for a virtual community meeting that will include a presentation and opportunity to ask questions and provide feedback on upcoming proposed amendments to the City’s accessory dwelling unit (ADU) regulations. In addition to modifications keeping the ordinance compliant with state law and otherwise improve clarity of existing regulations, proposed changes include removing owner occupancy requirements for all existing ADUs and allowing the separate sale of an ADU as a condominium.
