ABOUT THE PROJECT:

SB330 and Preapplication Review to construct a six-story mixed use building with a rooftop deck consisting of commercial space on the ground floor and 76 residential units on a parcel located in the MU-H (Mixed Use High Density) zone district and in the Eastside Business Improvement Plan.
