The class welcomes girls 8-12 years old WITH their women allies (mothers, aunts, grandmothers, sisters, 15+ yr friends) to attend this 3 week class. This course addresses the power of the voice, awareness, discussions, and physical self-defense skills in a safe and fun environment.
