The parade will travel from the Kaiser Permanente Arena down the Santa Cruz RiverWalk, which on that day will be transformed into the Ebb & Flow River ArtWalk. As we move down the riverwalk levee path, ten temporary Ebb & Flow arts projects – all celebrating the river – will be unveiled. We’ll end at the Tannery Arts Center for the River Arts Celebration – a full afternoon of fun, food, music, dance, and river-related activities for the whole family.
