Project Pollinate invites you, your family, friends, neighbors and colleagues to our next Quarterly Party in the Park! The Project Pollinate Quarterly event happen four times a year on the changing of the seasons. This upcoming event will be in celebration of the Summer Solstice, the environment and the drive we all have towards social and environmental justice.
Our last event in March was amazing with over 200 people coming out to celebrate, dance and learn from each other. This time around, we aim to double everything. Twice as many people, twice as many artists, twice as many vendors, twice as many performances, twice as many community presenters and all with an upgraded sound system. Come out June 20th from 10am-6pm at the San Lorenzo Duck Pond Stage and enjoy music, art, food, dance and inspirational speeches. Practice some yoga with a group, join in on a conversation, about local and global issues , partake in a teach in, engage with the interactive booths and activities or just come to meet someone new; to hear a new perspective or to learn more about the local non profit organizations that serve Santa Cruz County. Not only that, but this event will feature a GEO-DOME built by local geo-dome constructionist Erick Cruz!
This event is for you, this event is for your family, and this event is for the community. That is why we are making it FREE FOR EVERYONE!
We will have a FREE RAFFLE, an art gallery featuring some of our amazing local Santa Cruz artists, tables from our local non profits handing out information and educating the community about their missions and vision of Santa Cruz, kids and youth areas with fun activities and more!
It will be a family friendly event with no alcohol and only positive and inspirational music that will lift you up and remind you of the goal of peace, prosperity and justice that we all strive for in our society, our environment and our everyday lives.
