The public is invited to attend a special Study Session on the City’s housing issues on Tuesday, June 2. The meeting will be held at 7:30pm in the Santa Cruz City Council Chambers at 809 Center St.

At this meeting, the City Council will host presentations from a variety of professionals relating to housing issues in the City of Santa Cruz.  Some of the topics include the City’s Housing Element, City housing programs, developers perspectives, lenders perspectives, future funding options, the County’s approach, the City’s development history and regulatory changes, and what’s unfolding in the aftermath of the state's termination of Redevelopment Agencies.
