Construction started on Monday, July 25. The public is advised that there is heavy truck traffic entering and exiting the construction site at California and Bay streets for the duration of the project during weekday hours of 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. (There will be no such traffic during the groundbreaking ceremony.)
