The Santa Cruz City Council will hold an election on November 8, 2022 for the purpose of filling three seats - Districts 4 and 6 Councilmember, and Mayor.

CANDIDATE NOMINATION PERIOD

The candidate nomination period for all seats is now closed.

The candidate nomination period for the November 8, 2022 election is July 18th - August 12th. If an incumbent does not file by 5:00 p.m. on August 12th, the deadline is extended 5 days for anyone other than the incumbent to file papers.
