The Del Mar Theatre (Theatre), located at 1124 Pacific Avenue, is owned by the City of Santa Cruz and is operated by Landmark Theatres.  The Theatre is available on a limited basis for use by non-profit organizations annually between April 1st and November 15th for film festivals and lecture series.  It contains a 288-seat grand auditorium, and two 138-seat theaters, and is equipped with state-of-the-art sound and projection facilities.  The Theatre boasts a grand lobby and concessions area and is fully disabled accessible.

3. Upon availability confirmation, submit an Application and other applicable documentation and fees
