The maximum allowable rents for Measure O units and maximum allowable incomes for Measure O tenants are calculated under the following resolutions. Each resolution was approved by Santa Cruz City Council at different times to establish the income, monthly housing cost guidelines and asset limits for the inclusionary units throughout the City of Santa Cruz. All inclusionary units in Santa Cruz are tied to one of the resolutions below, to determine which resolution governs your unit/ property please contact housing@santacruzca.gov. 2024 rents and incomes are effective July 1, 2024.
