Project Description

Coastal Permit, Design Permit, and Density Bonus Request to construct a three-story residential building consisting of a 38-unit, 100% affordable apartment building located in the R-L/CZ-O (Multiple Residence-Low Density District/Coastal Zone Overlay) zone districts.

A community meeting will be held pursuant to the City’s Community Outreach Policy for Planning Projects to present the project to the public and obtain community feedback.
