Displacement of tenants might require providing tenant relocation assistance through the State’s Housing Crisis Act of 2019, also referred to as SB330 (effective until December 31, 2024). For more information, Housing Crisis Act of 2019 (SB 330).

See list below for active relocation assistance plans. Questions should be directed to property owner or property manager. 

908 Ocean Street Project

The 908 Ocean Street (the “Project”) proposes to undertake the redevelopment of the property which is currently occupied by six residential households. In planning for the Project, the Developer has retained the professional relocation firm Autotemp to provide existing tenants with assistance. In accordance with state law, a Relocation Plan has been prepared by the Developer, describing the benefits and services available to tenants at the Project site. Comments are solicited to the Relocation Plan during the 30 day, public review period.
