The Parking Maintenance Division manages and maintains four parking structures and numerous surface parking lots. The division is also responsible for maintenance of all parking meters, gate access equipment, Pay-by-Space equipment. lot cleaning and maintenance, bicycle lockers, Downtown sidewalk cleaning and parking meter collection in the City.

Downtown garages and surface parking lots are cleaned daily both by sweeper truck and by hand via grab-stick.
