Greater water allotments will not be granted for temporary residents, including vacation rentals.

A great allotment can also be granted for health and safety reasons. You will need to have your primary health care provider complete the Health and Safety Water Allotment Letter. DO NOT DISCLOSE ANY INFORMATION ABOUT THE PARTICULAR HEALTH CONDITION.

1. Sent the "Health and Safety Water Allotment Letter" to your health care provider, and ask them to return a completed copy to you.

2. Once you receive the completed letter, log onto WaterSmart to complete the Health and Safety Form, and attach the letter. Do not disclose any information about the particular health condition(s).

3. Staff will calculate your new allotment and contact you with any questions.
