Effective March 11, 2022 properties will no longer be required to obtain a Water Conservation Certificate at time of sale.

This applies to all properties that receive water service from the City of Santa Cruz. Properties under the jurisdiction of the County's Plumbing Fixture Retrofit Program must still meet the County requirements.
