Payment Arrangements

Payment arrangements are for customers who unable to pay their past due utility bill balance in full due to financial hardship.

Instructions on how to obtain a payment arrangement:

1. Complete the Certification of Financial Hardship (Forms 998-B)
2. Email the completed form with attachments to scmu@santacruzca.gov, or drop them off in person at 212 Locust St, Ste D, Santa Cruz, CA 95060.
3. SCMU will contact you with a proposed payment arrangement
4. Date and sign the Agreement to Payment Arrangement
