Please use this form ONLY for requesting changes in the size of your refuse cart. 

The account holder accepts responsibility for this change in service and agrees to abide by all rules and regulations established by the City Council governing refuse service. There is a one-time charge for upsizing your cart. Please leave your old cart out on the normal day of pick-up for it to be exchanged with the new cart.
