To Report Water Loss

To report a minor leak, please call our leak line at 831-420-LEAK (5325). Please be sure to leave all of your contact information. You may also call Customer Service for Santa Cruz Municipal Utilities, at 831-420-5220.

To report a significant, emergency loss of water (for example, a broken pipe or water main, damaged fire hydrant or loss of water pressure) please call 831-420-5200 or 831-420-5220. After 5 p.m., saturdays, sundays and holidays, please call our 24/hrs emergency service at 831-429-7525.

If you are experiencing a sewer emergency please call 911.

In the event of a major emergency, there will be a recorded message to provide information and instructions.
